What official ticket information to check
The official ticket pages distinguish regular festival tickets from Comfort tickets. The current Comfort Festival Ticket page describes general festival access and a lift and ski pass among its inclusions. Confirm that the same benefits apply to the edition and ticket you select; do not rely on an old price or package summary.

Plan the Alps portion of the journey
- Check the festival location and official event dates before choosing flights or train tickets.
- Allow for onward travel to the resort and confirm whether any shuttle or transfer is part of your booking.
- Ask for the accommodation name, nights, room basis, meal plan and distance from the event.
- Confirm whether lift or ski access, equipment, insurance and any resort services are included or separate.
- Check winter clothing, baggage limits, weather flexibility and travel insurance exclusions.
Compare a package with independent booking
A package can simplify transport and accommodation coordination, but only written terms establish what is included. Compare the total price, payment dates, cancellation terms, support arrangements and exclusions against your own itinerary. Festival access should be treated as separate unless the named offer expressly includes it.
