Meetings, incentives, conferences & events

A strong offsite starts
before the agenda.

Travel4life can help structure a Jim Corbett group-travel enquiry around headcount, rooms, meeting format and the outcomes your team needs. The resort workbook contains no conference facilities, capacity, AV, event inventory or availability data—so every venue and service is a question to verify, not a claim on this page.

i

Venue fit is not assumed. Before a recommendation, confirm the meeting layout and capacity, dependable power and connectivity needs, AV, breakout spaces, meal timing, room configuration, outdoor-event terms, transport and a weather alternative.

Design the working rhythm

Give every hour
a reason to be there.

A focused request, not a long form

Let’s get the
right questions

Useful proposals need comparable briefs.
We’ll ask for what is confirmed, what can flex and what the venue must prove.

Plan with clarity

Questions worth asking.

Can I filter resorts by meeting capacity?

Not yet. The supplied list does not contain conference facilities or capacity. We will not label a resort as suitable until its current layout and capacity have been confirmed.

Does a workbook rate include a meeting room or meals?

No. The figures are per-night workbook references and do not describe occupancy, meals, AV, meeting space, tax or event inclusions.

How should I estimate room requirements?

Start with attendee count, single versus shared occupancy, arrival/departure dates and any room-category requirements. Confirm room blocks and release dates in the proposal.

Can you include transport and activities?

Include them in your brief as requested components. Route, operator, capacity, price, safety arrangements and availability all require separate confirmation.
