How the planning works

Start with your needs.
Confirm the details.

A useful recommendation depends on your dates, party and priorities—and on current information from the property or service provider. We help organize those questions and share options only with the details and limitations made clear.

i

Transparent by design. The resort reference workbook currently contains names, categories and rate figures without validity dates or booking conditions. Those figures are not live prices; property existence, availability, inclusions and event suitability must be confirmed.

From idea to a clear request

Make the next decision
with better information.

Share a brief, review date-specific responses and decide with the relevant terms in front of you.

01 / TELL US
01

Set the trip brief

Tell us when you hope to travel, how many people are coming, how long you plan to stay and what matters most. For groups, include a working agenda and rooming assumptions.

02 / SHORTLIST
02

Compare relevant options

We can use your priorities to frame an enquiry. A workbook entry is only a lead for checking; it does not by itself establish that a property is operating or has rooms for your dates.

03 / VERIFY
03

Check the particulars

Ask for the exact location, room category, occupancy, meals, taxes, cancellation conditions and availability. For events, also check capacity, layout, equipment, service timings and written venue terms.

04 / DECIDE
04

Review a dated proposal

Before committing, compare the quoted inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, deadlines and supplier conditions. Safari permits, transport, activities and event permissions need their own confirmation.

Choose a planning path

Different trips need different checks.

Use the guide that matches your occasion. Each page explains what information is available and what still needs a direct, date-specific check.

01 / STAY

Resort references

Search the imported names and rate figures, then ask for current details before treating any figure as an offer.

02 / CELEBRATE

Weddings

Build a request around guest count, event flow, room nights, venue layout and the terms that need confirmation.

03 / GATHER

MICE & offsites

Bring meeting requirements, accommodation, meals, transport and team logistics into one practical brief.

Plan a group enquiry ↗

A planning enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A service, property, rate, event facility, permit or availability is not promised until the relevant supplier confirms it for your dates and the terms are shared.

A good first message is simple

Tell us what you’re planning.

Share your dates or date window, party size, number of nights and destination. For a wedding or corporate group, add the occasion and approximate guest count so we can help shape the right questions.
